ASSIGNMENT 4 - Keep fit

I do several things to try to stay healthy. I don't smoke cigarettes ever and I don't drink alcohol. As you know, smoking and drinking is harmful to our bodies. I also don't stay all night long and I sleep enough because these are good for keeping my skin healthy. I like to eat fast food so I try to control myself. I rarely climb mountains and I don't exercise often. Actually I don't so many things to keep fit. In conclusion, I just lead regular life without unhealthy food and with enough rest time.

I don't like exercise,either,so I also try have a regular life and eat orgarnic food.

You looks good now. But to drink little alcohol gives you live better.^^ It is one of the best ways to get rid of stress and forget your troubles. Don't forget that I'm not tempter but your classmate. hu..hu..

What kind of fast food do you usually eat? It's becoming more common here these days. People are getting lazier and have less time to think about every day things such as meals. I'm glad to see you eat in moderation. That's the best! ^^
